Πώς ρυθμίζονται τα τυχερά παίγνια online στην Ελλάδα
Στην Ελλάδα την αδειοδότηση και την εποπτεία των τυχερών παιγνίων μέσω διαδικτύου έχει η Επιτροπή Εποπτείας και Ελέγχου Παιγνίων (ΕΕΕΠ). Οι κάτοχοι άδειας δημοσιεύονται στον ιστότοπό της, ενώ παράλληλα τηρείται κατάλογος μη αδειοδοτημένων παρόχων — η γνωστή blacklist — με χιλιάδες καταχωρίσεις.
Η ΕΕΕΠ τηρεί επίσης μητρώο αποκλεισμένων παικτών: ο αυτοαποκλεισμός δηλώνεται μία φορά και ισχύει απέναντι σε όλους τους αδειοδοτημένους παρόχους. Οι Αρχές Υπεύθυνου Παιχνιδιού δεσμεύουν κατόχους άδειας, παρόχους υπηρεσιών και διαφημιζόμενους.
Σε κάθε κριτική αναφέρουμε την άδεια που δηλώνει ο πάροχος. Μόνο η άδεια της ΕΕΕΠ καθιστά νόμιμη την προσφορά στην Ελλάδα· πριν παίξετε, αξίζει να ελέγξετε τον ιστότοπο στον κατάλογο της Επιτροπής.
